Established in 1969 as Uni-Sankyo, we were the first company to manufacture and sell probiotics and enzymes in India. Initially, our focus was on producing these products exclusively for our in-house brands, SPORLAC and Sanzyme. However, in 2005, we embarked on a new journey by shifting our attention to the ingredients market.

Our transition involved extensive development of clinical studies and submission of regulatory documentation to enable the sale of our probiotic strains as ingredients to external partners. Today, Sanzyme Biologics is focused on creating science-backed health and nutrition solutions. We strive to enhance the quality of life by offering versatile probiotic strains and nutritional ingredients that add value to formulators through comprehensive scientific studies and support. Additionally, we provide contract manufacturing and research services for metabolites and probiotics, further reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence.
